Nutrition Direct currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at time of shipment. Sorry, we are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.'s.

We will do everything we can to assist you when a credit card is declined. You will be notified via telephone with available corrective options.

Shipping Policies

Orders to domestic U.S. addresses will be shipped via the US Postal Service (Priority Mail).

Unless otherwise indicated, all products are in stock and your order will usually ship from our facility within 5 to 7 business days from our receipt of your order.

Shipping and Handling Fees

A $9.95 charge will be added to every order to cover shipping and handling charges. In addition, additional shipping fees are assed on orders for of more than 4 items. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return and Replacement Policy

Nutrition Direct will replace any products found to be damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival. To be eligible for replacement, all damaged products or errors in shipment must be reported to our office within 5 business days of the date of receipt of the package by the customer.
